FASHION INDIE
To promote Fashion Indie.com, a website celebrating the next rockstars of fashion, KOSTAR* created INDIEFASHIONROX, a “fashion concert” featuring indie bands and designers. We then teamed up with celebrity photographer, Richard Corman, famous for his portrait work of early Madonna as well as other icons of music and film, to create a series of album covers to promote the event. Shot around NYC, each cover captures the spirit of the designer’s vision.
VIRGIN SPIRIT
A Celebration of Artistic Spirit
To pitch the concept of Virgin Spirit we ditched the powerpoint and created a set of limited edition double albums – complete with actual vinyl picture discs and sleeve art – which were delivered to Madonna’s management team. Blown away by the concept, the design and Richard Corman’s images, we secured their blessing and the rest is herstory.
